Step 1: Create a profile
Registering as an employer is simple. You can create a free profile for your organisation.
Before your profile becomes active, it must first be approved by us. This verification process is essential to ensure quality and reliability. It includes checks such as a Chamber of Commerce registration check, address verification, domain verification, and an overall review of the organisation’s credibility and reputation.

Step 2: Complete your profile and create vacancies
You can now complete your profile with relevant information. In addition, several colleagues can create their own login accounts under your organisation.
Important points for your profile and vacancies:
- Complete your profile as fully as possible: the more information you provide, the greater the chance of attracting candidates who are a good match for your organisation.
- Put yourself in the candidate’s position: what would they like to know about your organisation? Include information that may seem obvious to you but may not be clear to someone from outside your organisation.
- Write your texts in B1-level Dutch, as this is accessible for most people.
- Add a suitable image to your vacancies, as this increases visibility.
- You can add motivation questions to a vacancy. Think beforehand (together with a colleague) about what you would like to ask candidates. Also take a look at our tips.

Step 3: Receive applications
When a candidate applies for your vacancy, you will receive a notification. You can then view the candidate’s profile and application information.
Are you interested and would you like to get to know the candidate? Once you accept the application, you can contact the candidate to arrange an introductory meeting.
