As a Work Preparator (Project Coordinator), you will help prepare projects for gas, water, and electricity. You will create schedules, arrange permits, order materials, and maintain contact with colleagues and external organizations. You ensure that the outdoor work is well-prepared and that everything is ready on time.

What we require:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering
• Volunteering and/or work experience in technology is an advantage
• Drafting experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS
• Currently receiving government benefits (you will retain these during your training; once you start working, you will receive a salary)
• Dutch language proficiency level B1 or higher
• Refugee status (statushouder) or temporary EU protection status (such as Ukrainians)
• Valid Dutch driver's license is preferred
• Maximum 40-minute travel distance from Oldenzaal

What we offer:

• Scenario 1: You start with a preparatory training program of 12 to 16 weeks through Energy Skills (depending on how quickly you pick things up). You will retain your benefits during this period. After that, you will start at Siers, where you will receive a salary.
• Scenario 2: You already possess the necessary technical knowledge, experience, and certificates, and you will start directly at Siers. You will receive a salary from day one.
