You are keen in overseeing and coordinating logistics activities within the 4PL program to ensure smooth execution and alignment with customer expectations. This role focuses on maintaining operational visibility, tracking milestones, and supporting communication between customers, carriers, and internal teams. You take ownership of improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous optimization of program operations.

The following tasks will be part of your job:

- Program Coordination: Support the Program Manager in monitoring 4PL activities and tracking milestones to ensure timely execution.

- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate alignment between customers, carriers, and suppliers; prepare materials for program reviews and ensure actions are documented.

- Operational Reporting: Monitor KPI performance, maintain dashboards, and analyze data to highlight risks or opportunities.

- Issue Monitoring: Follow up on disruptions or capacity issues and support escalation processes to achieve agreed SLAs.

- Continuous Improvement: Lead selected operational initiatives, maintain SOPs, and support the onboarding of new logistics partners.

Do you have:

- 3–6 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (4PL experience is mandatory).

- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs involving customers and carriers.

-Familiarity with logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and service level management.

- Fluent English (mandatory); fluency in additional languages is a plus.

- An analytical and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Salary: A monthly salary between €3500,– and €4800,–.

- Bonus: Annual variable bonus of 1 month base salary.

- Allowances: 8% holiday allowance and 7% pension allowance.
