Job Description

As a Maintenance / Troubleshooting Technician, you play a key role in keeping the production lines running smoothly. You work with a wide variety of machines — both modern and older — which makes the job highly diverse. The team consists of a mix of young operators and experienced technicians, all working together to continuously improve the production environment.

Your responsibilities include:

-Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control-system malfunctions across all installations

-Assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance activities

-Supporting operators during line start-ups, changeovers, and adjustments

-Handling administrative tasks such as logging work orders, materials, and hours

-You determine priorities, switch quickly between tasks, and apply creative short-term solutions when needed.
