Purpose of the job

As a service engineer, you will contribute significantly to the achievement of Askové's business objectives by:

Planned and Ad-Hoc Service: Providing both planned and ad-hoc service on site, always with the care and precision our customers expect.

Advising and Signalling: Providing expert advice on current assembly work and proactively identifying future work, and sharing this information with our sales teams.

Competitive Analysis: Closely monitoring market strategies, including those of competitors, in order to identify new opportunities and share them with the sales team.

Place in the Organisation

The service engineer works under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager and is an essential link between different departments such as Sales, Production, and Warehouse, but most importantly towards our valued customers.
