Aircotech Klimaattechniek B.V. is an established Dutch company specialising in air conditioning, heat pumps and climate technology.

We are looking for motivated technical people to join our team. Already experienced in HVAC or refrigeration? Great! Experience as an electrician, plumber, mechanic, heating or maintenance technician is also very welcome.

No air conditioning experience yet? For the right candidate, we offer the opportunity to train and develop into a qualified Air Conditioning / HVAC Technician.

Technical education and practical experience gained in Ukraine or another country will be taken seriously. We are interested in what you can actually do, not just what is written on your CV.

What will you do?

You will initially work alongside an experienced Aircotech technician, installing, maintaining and servicing air conditioning and heat pump systems at residential and commercial locations.

As your skills and qualifications develop, you can grow within Aircotech:

Technical Assistant → Air Conditioning / HVAC Technician → Independent Technician / Service Technician

Where appropriate, Aircotech can support you with the Dutch technical training and certifications needed for your position.

What are we looking for?

You:

Have technical skills or experience and enjoy hands-on work

Are motivated, reliable and willing to learn

Work safely and accurately

Have a professional and presentable appearance

Are physically able to perform technical installation work safely

Preferably have a Category B driving licence

Dutch is not required. However, you must be able to speak and understand English at a clear and practical level. This is essential because of the safety requirements of our work.
